Award-winning Seattle Realtors
Award-winning Seattle realtors sought a new approach for helping every client win big.

Background: Dynamic brokers Peter and Rachel Badgett wanted to refine their brand through educational tools and processes to benefit realtors and clients.
Challenge: Capturing the breadth and depth of knowledge derived from years of experience would require deep engagement and analysis. With the aim of improving existing best practices, removing outdated models, and publishing new broker- and client-facing educational materials, the project was designed as a twelve-month initial engagement.
Analysis: Discovery validated existing learning content and overall strategies were sound, with opportunity for increased continuity related to narrative tone, instructional design, and greater definition of measured outcomes for each learner audience, across multiple levels of education.
Strategy: Verus determined that a combination of educational outcomes could be achieved with through a dual approach. Once element focused on coaching adult learning principles for owners Peter and Rachel. At the same time instructional design and development worked to unify content related to real estate education, property and finance law, along with a complete New Home Buyer education product.
Impact: With a focus on the needs of adult learners, combined with Peter and Rachel's strong presentation and facilitation skills, Verus was able to curate a complete package of education tools Urban Properties was able to implement in under six months. Ongoing coaching and additional refinements maximized the investments made in materials by supporting a change in how any new content would be added or curated for brokers or clients. Additional feedback from clients helped sharpen content as part of planned annual reviews, ensuring the materials reflected current trends in the real estate and finance markets.
